Vancouver Heights

Located between Wintler Park and Garrison Road, Vancouver Heights is an ideal neighborhood for those looking for a small-town feel within the busier parts of the city of Vancouver. It includes over 1,600 residences, 45 business, public facilities, and open spaces. Vancouver Heights has received special recognition in the Columbian for being an outstanding neighborhood.

Typical attractions to this area include Carl Gustafson and Lieser Crest Park, churches, hospitals, and small businesses. Also, being just a few minutes from Clark College is a plus for students. The homes in this neighborhood were built mostly in the 1950s. A large amount of parks allows residents easy access to biking trails, nature, and public transportation.
