I want to share a story about a dear friend and colleague  of mine, Tracy Balogh.

I am writing this down because I am very proud to work with the best in the biz.

Tracy had a client that was relocating from New Mexico. A single woman named Julie with her 3 little dogs, Dookie (the protector), Eleanor (the lady of the house), and Bobby (the super sweet social butterfly).   Julie just wanted a fresh start and she saw herself having that here in the northwest.  Tracy took to her clients needs immediately looking for a cute older home, and making sure it was also the structurally sound and safe home that Julie deserved.

The home search was a trying  time for them, as they had to go back to the drawing board a few times.   Julie was feeling very worried about the relocation, the kennel and storage fees, and Tracy took that stress away from Julie to make this happened for her!

An unexpected friendship had blossomed between the ladies as well as a love the the sweet little rescue puppies that Julie always toted around.  Tracy  knew her client and no friend or family in the area, so she made herself available for Julie if she needed anything.  Not just about contractors and landscapers, but grocery stores, dog parks and restaurants.

I'm writing this all down because last night at 7:00 PM Tracy called me....  sweet little Bobby went missing.

I'm writing this all down because I cant believe how impressed I am by the way Tracy reacted.

She went over there and helped Julie stay calm.  Then she walked around the nearby college campus, talked to cops, security guards and students.  She called all the humane societies in the area.  She called me. Flustered but calm, she asked me if I could put  out a call for help on Facebook and social media while she physically looked for Bobby.  Of course I did.  I put a blast out on all social media I could tIhink of.   Everyone in our office shared it, all of our friends shared it, the spider web of social media did it's thing!  We were all more than happy to help, hoping this sweet little pup is found.   It wasn't much but it was all I could do to help.

Bobby was found!!!!  3 hours later, a social media response said that bobby was safe and sound at the humane society waiting for mama Julie to pick him up.

I"m writing this down because I tell Tracy all the time... "Your clients are lucky to have you"  and this is why.  Not only is Tracy Balogh a fierce negotiator, and a good listener to her clients needs; but she treats everyone like family and never hesitates to go above and beyond for her clients.
