Senior Communities in Vancouver Washington

There are several Senior Communities in Vancouver Washington, but today I would just like to focus on one of the most popular.  Located in the Southeast area of Vancouver is a fantastic Senior Community called Fairway Village.  The homes in Fairway Village were built in the 1980's and 1990's, and are found on the west of SE 164th Ave, and just south of McGillivray Boulevard.  The neighborhood features the Fairway Village Golf Course, walking trails,  Club House, Tennis, Swimming (seasonal), and easy road access to the rest of Vancouver and Portland!

Designed with the active senior in mind, Fairway village is one of the most active Senior 55+ Communities in Vancouver Washington.  Whether you want to enjoy a day of golf on the pristine 9 hole course or try your hand at square dancing, bridge, swimming, yoga, poker or any of the other various activities daily, you will never fall short of things to do with your neighbors in this fine community.

The homes are all beautiful and occasionally are available to purchase!  The prices range from the low 200K – 450K range.   To find out more about available homes in this premiere Senior 55+ Community in Vancouver Washington contact me at [email protected] or call me directly at 360-904-7122.
