Preview Properties With Google Earth

So has everyone tried using google earth to preview properties before driving out?  It came to my attention recently when I sent some clients out to drive by some country homes, that the use of google earth is a very beneficial tool.  These clients want a home in the country with no neighbors within shouting distance and not sitting at the front of a busy road.  Imagine to their chagrin, that the majority of homes they went out to see, had one or both of these issues.  Had we remembered to preview the homes using google earth, they could have saved some drive time.  Use google earth to preview your dream home!  Keep in mind that not everything can be seen, especially when a tall row of trees surround the home.  It works for most addresses, not just those out in the hinter land!  Although its not in real time, most pictures are only a few months old. Happy New Year!
