Marrion

Home to nearly 3,000 residents, the Marrion Neighborhood is ideal for those seeking a quiet residential area and surrounding greenery. Some of the oldest homes in Clark County reside in this area, though there is plenty of new single and multi-family housing. About 78% of residents live in owner-occupied homes, but there are several apartment complexes within the neighborhood to suit any buyer’s needs.

The neighborhood is close to major freeways, home to several private schools and one public school, which is Marrion Elementary. Commercial establishments include Wal-Mart near the Mill Plain Corridor, and several small businesses. Most homes in this area were built by 1979. Residents seeking outdoor leisure will enjoy the open space at Tranquility Natural Area, Tanglewood Neighborhood Park, and Marrion Park.
