She was wonderful, she was persistent, she was tenacious, she was right there whenever we needed her. She was just great! In the very beginning, it was two days before Christmas, and I called her in the evening and she agreed to meet the next day and not only was she there, but Deb was there from Summit Mortgage. So, it was really nice to get that going less than 12 hours after I talked to her. I thought that was really nice especially right before Christmas.”
