Did you know that Fannie Mae is offering buyer incentives to the homes they now own through forceclosures? In an effort to give new homeowners a better opportunity over investors, Fannie Mae is offering the First Look initative for the first 15 days a home is listed for sale.  This period is open to buyers who will be owner occupants for a minimum of 1 year.  

This program can save you money buy requiring often only 3% down with no private mortgage insurance required.  They are also normally at a discounted price with flexible mortgage terms.
