Todd and Tina of Cascade Park recently purchased a brand new home in Orchards. Christie Conley of Front Door Realty was selected to represent them in their home purchase, after Julie Baldino sold their Cascade Park home in record time. This sweet family outgrew their first home in Cascade Park after 7 years. They needed more room for their 2 young sons and planned to move their mother in to the new home. After touring several Vancouver homes, they finally settle on new construction for sale, near York Elementary and Orchards Park.
Since they had to vacate their Cascade Park home for sale prior to the new construction home in Orchards being finished, they even had to move in to a friends basement to await completion of their new Orchards area home. After several months and much anticipation, these happy homeowners got the keys to their brand new Vancouver home just blocks from York Elementary!
