Consisting of mostly single family residences, but also equipped with many apartment complexes throughout the area. Close access to public transportation, shopping, restaurants and entertainment provide residents with short distance to travel for personal needs like grocery stores and the Chkalov strip mall.

The main schools in the area are Crestline Elementary, Wy East Middle School, and Mountain View High School, which all uphold a very good reputation in the Vancouver area. Cascade Park is also just a short drive to I-5, I-205, Highway 400, Highway 500, and popular streets such as Mill Plain and Fourth Plain.
