Carter Park

Just North of Downtown Vancouver is the Carter Park neighborhood. You’ll recognize this neighborhood by the 1920s and 1940s style architecture, though there are also newer homes more contemporary in design. Carter Park has sidewalks and trees along almost every block, making it a friendly area for residents and pedestrians.

Some industrial uses are located west of Kauffman Street but other nearby amenities include convenience stores, restaurants, and the local shops of Downtown Vancouver. The neighborhood is bordered by Fourth Plain and Main Street, providing easy access to I-5 and Highway 500. Nearby schools include Lincoln Elementary School, Discovery Middle School, Hough Elementary School, and Vancouver School of the Arts and Academics.
