Just North of Downtown Vancouver is the Carter Park neighborhood. The neighborhood is bordered by Fourth Plain and Main Street, providing easy access to I-5 and Highway 500. Nearby schools include Lincoln Elementary School, Discovery Middle School, Hough Elementary School, and Vancouver School of the Arts and Academics.
