Vancouver - Downtown Real Estate
This exciting little section of Vancouver, WA features art walks, festivals, parades, and outdoor movies. Uptown Village has all the charm of a smaller community, but the sophistication of a larger city. Specialty eateries, unique gift shops, entertaining bars, and the Clark County Historical Museum, make Uptown Village a sought after destination. Make sure you check out the monthly calendar of Uptown Village events, along with a listing of Uptown Village Merchants.
Affordable rent, low mortgage rates, and excellent access to downtown Portland, help make the Uptown Village neighborhood a desirable place to live and work. Search for homes and condos in Uptown Village!
Here are a few of my personal favorites in Uptown Village:
Beyond Bliss Day Spa at 1711 Broadway
Ice Cream Renaissance at 1925 Main Street
Pop Culture at 1929 Main Street
Provecho Mexican Grill at 1801 Main Street
Yogurt Time at 1813 Main Street
A few blocks South of Uptown Village and North of Downtown Vancouver lies the Shumway Neighborhood. Easy access to local shops, restaurants, and entertainment makes Shumway a popular neighborhood for long-term residents and newcomers alike.
Due to its close proximity to local businesses, bus stops, and major freeways, many of the Shumway Neighborhood’s residents are able to use public transportation, or even bike to work and nearby attractions. Shumway possesses a mature vibe due to most homes being built in the 1930s and 1940s. The close proximity to schools, artistic street murals, unique homes and vintage appeal of the neighborhood make Shumway an original and safe neighborhood for interested home-buyers.
