Springtime is known as the most popular home-buying-season, but winter comes in second per a study conducted by Redfin.

46.2% of homes sold in 30 days in the winter (December 21st- March 20th) compared to 48% in the spring (March 21st- June 20th). The study also says that those who are buying a home in the winter need to move so they won’t low-ball and will take an offer quickly more often than not, speeding up the process indefinitely.

What does this mean: List now to gain longer exposure for your house you want to sell in the summer!
