Going to this event has been one of my traditions for at least 6 years now. I love seeing the ingenuity of each tree, and getting to vote for my favorite one! This is a great family event, as they will have Santa, Mrs. Claus and Elves, a Talking Tree, a model train exhibit, a scavenger hunt in trees, raffles,  and various performances throughout the event.

This year the Festival will be located in Downtown Vancouver at the Vancouver Hilton Hotel across the street from Esther Short Park. They will be open Friday, November 27th From 10 am to 9 pm, Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm, and Sunday from noon to 4 pm. The community tree lighting at Esther Short Park will also be on Friday, November 27th starting at 5:15 pm followed by the arrivFestival of trees 2015al of Santa and a pops concert.

For more information and schedule of the events please go to rotaryfestivaloftrees.org.

Wishing everyone and their families a very Happy Thanksgiving Weekend!!
