Location, Location, Location! You've heard it a million times, but what makes a location so important in the home buying process? Many buyers are looking for specific areas of town they prefer based on local amenities, convenience and proximity to major freeways, walk score, highly sought after neighborhoods, natural beauty, and of course, the schools!

With online resources like www.greatschools.org, our very own Union High School currently holds a high 7 out of 10 rating. The campus is located right behind the East Vancouver Costco off of 192nd and 1st St. Union High School is in the Evergreen School District and is the proud home of the Titans! The campus resembles a community college with unique buildings separated into "pods" that hold specialized departments and areas of study. With a very high graduation rate, an abundance of AP class options, excellent sports programs and after school club opportunities, this school has much to offer!

We are fortunate to have many great schools in Clark County, and Union High School is one of the best! My husband teaches Honors English, as well as coaches the Boy's Varsity Basketball Team and he loves it! If you're ever bored on a Friday night, come on by the Union Gym, and I'll save you a seat at the game!  Curious about homes for sale in the Union boundaries? Check out the link below! Image title
