Prune Hill

Up past Camas High School is the Prune Hill Neighborhood, one of the most popular and sought-after residential areas on the East Side. With public schools like Dorothy Fox Elementary, Prune Hill Elementay, Liberty Middle School, Skyridge Middle School, and Camas High School, Prune Hill is a family-friendly neighborhood in a great school district.

Being located on top of a hill ensures that most homes have a view of Camas’ beautiful greenery and the Columbia River. The neighborhood is made up of mostly newer homes which were built in the 1990s and early 2000s. This is a mostly owner occupied neighborhood with few apartment complexes and condominiums. Nearby amenities include Downtown Camas, baseball fields, Prune Hill Park, and the parks at Dorothy Fox and Prune Hill Elementary. With gorgeous upscale homes and a crime rate that is nearly 60% lower than the city’s average, Prune Hill is a both visually appealing and safe place to live.
