Mountain View

Located in East Vancouver near Cascade Park is the Mountain View Neighborhood, between Mill Plain and McGillivary. With some of the best schools in the entire state, including Crestline Elementary and the nationally recognized Mountain View High School, many come to this neighborhood for a charming, family-friendly area with great educational opportunities.

Mountain View is near Mill Plain and 164th Avenue, which provides easy access to major roads and freeways, and easy access to public transportation. Primarily owner-occupied, Mountain View is famous for its attractive neighborhoods. However, there are several apartment complexes and condominiums nearby to suit every type of buyer. Those looking to move to the neighborhood should know that there are also several churches, entertainment destinations, parks, restaurants, department stores, local shopping, and businesses, to accommodate for anyone’s needs. Mountain View is a great option for those seeking good schools, short traveling time, and close amenities.
