Uptown Village is a primarily commercial neighborhood located in the heart of Vancouver, Washington. Its diminutive status doesn’t make it less important. In fact, this lends to its charm. From historic bungalos to newer condos, the neighborhood offers a wide variety of housing options.

This exciting little section of Vancouver, WA features art walks, festivals, parades, and outdoor movies. Uptown Village has all the charm of a smaller community, but the sophistication of a larger city. Specialty eateries, unique gift shops, entertaining bars, and the Clark County Historical Museum, make Uptown Village a sought after destination. Make sure you check out the monthly calendar of Uptown Village events, along with a listing of Uptown Village Merchants.

Affordable rent, low mortgage rates, and excellent access to downtown Portland, help make the Uptown Village neighborhood a desirable place to live and work. Search for homes and condos in Uptown Village!
