“One Washington, with opportunity for all”.

That’s the slogan that graces the House Democrats webpage in reference to the Washington Jobs Now Act. While there is gridlock on Capitol Hill, Washington state is taking action by funding multiple projects to build better schools, better highways, railroads and to bring new construction and sustainable buildings to the state -- buildings that will promote new growth not only for jobs but also for a stronger community.

One such project is the Centennial Industrial Park, which received a $5.70 million dollar grant from the Jobs Now Act. The 58-acre site is located in Clark County and could be operational within 18 months. Along with the light industrial park an additional 50 acres will be available for future development.
