Californians Welcome!

Has this water crisis got your nerves on high alert?  Are you sick of high income taxes?  Would you like to be able to own a piece of land and not mortgage it beyond everything you’ve got, including the deed to your first borns, first born.  Then check out Washington, and I mean the State of Washington.  You’ll find the people here are friendly, there are a ton of activities to enjoy, the weather is beautiful, the vistas are enchanting, and lets not forget those irresistible home prices… My daughter recently moved here from Sonoma County, CA.  She ended up paying $140,000 for over an acre of land, with an adorable house and plenty of out buildings, here in Camas, Washington.  That same property would have cost her at least $650,000+ where she was coming from.  And did I mention there is no state income tax in Washington?  Do the math, check out these listings, and tell me what you are looking for.  Californians welcome here!
