Arnada Neighborhood

As one of Vancouver’s oldest neighborhoods, the Arnada Neighborhood is characterized by vintage-style homes and tree-lined streets. Locals flock to the area for good schools, close access to major freeways, and the conventional appeal of Uptown Village. Though all homes possess a diverse architectural style, the feeling of the neighborhood is overall vintage and traditional.

Major attractions include the Arnada Neighborhood Park, McLoughlin bicycle trails, business, shopping, and entertainment. These provide residents with close access to local businesses and shops, and public transportation. In addition to the shops in Uptown Village, other local entertainment includes Sugar and Salt Bakery, La Bottega restaurant, and the Elbow Room restaurant and bar. With Vancouver School of the Arts and Academics, Hudson’s Bay High School, and Clark College, the Arnada Neighborhood is in the center of West Vancouver’s school district. Arnada is a classic neighborhood with plenty of opportunity for recreation and outdoor activity.
